How to Schedule a Game/Event? 🗓️

With the new Scheduler tab, you can easily automate your Daily Puzzles (Find The Word, Sudoku, and Mathle) and Predictor Games or set up interactive events like Trivia, Tombola, Tournaments, and Custom Leaderboards.

Accessing the Scheduler

You can find the Scheduler directly in the left-hand menu: Dashboard → Scheduler

The Scheduler page has two sections:

• Game — for recurring games like Daily Puzzles and Predictors

• Event — for scheduled one-time events like Trivia, Tombola, Tournaments, and Custom Leaderboards

Scheduling a Game (Daily Puzzle or Predictor)

Go to: Scheduler → Game

Here, you can schedule:

• Daily Puzzle

• Predictor

Steps

1. Select Game Type: Choose the game you want to schedule (e.g., Daily Puzzle, Predictor).

2. Choose the Puzzle/Event Type:

   1. For Daily Puzzle: Select your puzzle (e.g., FindTheWord).

   2. For Predictor: Select the predictor event (e.g., Champions League 2025).

3. Choose Language: Select the language your users will play in.

4. Set Time Zone & Time: Choose your preferred time zone and the time the game should appear daily.

5. Select Days: Pick the days you want the game to repeat (e.g., every weekday).

6. Duration: Choose how long the puzzle should remain active (in hours).

7. Save: Click Schedule to activate your recurring game.

Scheduling an Event (Trivia, Tombola, Tournament, Custom Leaderboard)

Go to: Scheduler → Event

Here you’ll see all available event types:

• Trivia

• Tombola

• Tournament

• Custom Leaderboard

Each card has a Schedule button. Clicking Schedule opens the event setup panel, where you can enter the basic details and publish your event.
