Let’s learn how to install Guul in your Microsoft Teams workspace.
You can watch our video tutorial for step-by-step instructions:
Steps:
-
Go to the Apps section in the left sidebar of Microsoft Teams.
-
Search for "Guul."
-
You can add Guul to a team, chat, or meeting. For this guide, let’s add Guul to a team.
-
Click "Add to a team" and select the channel where you want to add Guul. (Tip: Creating a dedicated team for gaming works best!)
-
Click "Sign in with Microsoft Teams" to grant permission.
-
If you’re the admin, simply approve the permission request. You can also authorize your entire organization by checking the box.
-
If you’re not the admin and see an admin approval pop-up, you have two options:
-
If you have an admin account, sign in with it to proceed.
-
If not, ask your admin to grant access.
-
-
-
Once permissions are granted, click "Save." Guul will now be added as a tab in the selected team’s channel.
