Monthly Active User (MAU) = A Gamespace user who has interacted with at least one game within a billing cycle. Engagement includes playing a game, spectating a live game, participating in a daily puzzle, making a prediction, or joining a gaming event such as trivia or tombola.

Since GUUL's pricing is based on MAUs, you only pay for users who actively interact with games, ensuring a fair and flexible pricing structure for your Slack workspace.

How Guul’s Pricing Works for Slack?

GUUL follows a pay-as-you-use pricing model, meaning you’re only billed for the number of active players each month. If you have a small team, you can use GUUL completely free for up to 10 Monthly Active Users. This makes it an ideal choice for teams looking to bring engagement and fun into their Slack workspace.

However, if your team has more than 10 active users, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan. Below is a simple overview:
    •    Up to 10 MAUs → Free Plan (forever)
    •    11+ MAUs → Requires a Basic Plan, depending on team size
    •    Flexible Billing → Adjust your plan as user activity changes

Since GUUL'S pricing is usage-based, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan each month based on actual engagement—so you’re never paying for inactive users.
