Gaming analytics is the process of applying user behavior data to guide business and employee decisions. The Insights section can be used for evaluating and visualizing service performance and user conversion data to find opportunities to improve employees' engagement and user retention.
This section allows the administrators to have information about the user's usage of the Guul app. It has divided into "game stats" and "active members". The game stats part shows how many times the games have been played, how many players have played, the duration of the game, the most played, and the most recent winners.
- You can use Game Stats tab to analyze game-based usage data.
- You can use Active Members tab to analyze user based usage data.
