🔦 How to Install Guul to Your Microsoft Teams Workspace?

Guul is a game-based employee engagement add-on for Microsoft Teams. Integrating Guul into your team in Microsoft Teams allows you to play social games during meetings with coworkers.

Adding Guul to a team in your Microsoft Teams Workspace

1. From the left panel, click on Apps and search for Guul.
2. Click the “Add to a team” button.
3. Type a team or channel name to add Guul. Then click the “Set up” button.
4. Click the “Sign in with Microsoft Teams” button for permission consent.
5. Choose your Microsoft account credentials if it asks to choose an account.
6. Accept the permissions request from Microsoft and authorize the connection with Guul.
   
   • CASE #1
   If you are the admin of your team, you can directly accept the permission requests. Also, when you check the box, you can authorize your organization.
   • CASE #2
   If it asks for admin approval and if you have an admin account, sign in with that account. In another case, ask an admin to grant permission to use it.
   
7. After passing through the permission step, click the “Save” button. Guul will be added to the selected team’s channel as a tab application.

One Last IMPORTANT Step - Add Guul as a tab to a team channel

You should add Guul as a tab in a team channel to start benefiting from all the features. This step is essential for a successful installation.

8. Go to a team channel conversation and select Add a tab (+).

9. Click the Guul icon or search for Guul.

10. Click the “Sign in with Microsoft Teams” button for permission consent.

11. After completing the authentication process like step 6, click the “Save” button.

12. Guul will be added to the selected team’s channel as a tab application.

Once you have completed the installation, your team can use Guul and play games during meetings.
